Spring Swim Team (SST) is a year-round competitive swim team offering high-quality coaching and technique instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities - from beginners to international-level athletes.

Our mission is to provide every swimmer the opportunity to grow, improve, and succeed - at their own pace and performance level. Whether your goal is learning the four strokes or reaching Olympic Trials, we are here to support your journey.

Our Coaching Philosophy

At SST, our #1 priority is technique. We believe that great swimming begins with great fundamentals — and that’s what we teach every day.

All of our coaches are certified members of USA Swimming, giving them access to the most advanced training and certification program for youth coaches in the country. This ensures your swimmer trains in a safe, professional, and developmentally focused environment.

We take pride in making sure that every minute your child spends in the water is quality time — helping them build strength, confidence, and lifelong skills.
