π Schedule Adjustments by Group
Some groups may have practice offered on days other than their normal schedule in order to accommodate holiday pool time and coach availability.
π Please check your groupβs schedule carefully so your swimmer attends the correct session.
And as always, only bring your swimmer to practice during their assigned group and time so we can keep lane space balanced and practices running smoothly.
π Happy Holidays from SST!
We wish every family a healthy, joyful, and relaxing holiday season. Thank you for being such an important part of our team!
π Reminder: Pick-Up & Drop-Off Expectations
With heavier holiday traffic and busier schedules, please plan ahead so swimmers arrive and leave on time.
To keep all swimmers safe:
-
Swimmers should not arrive more than 15 minutes before practice.
-
Swimmers must be picked up within 5 minutes after practice ends.
-
A $15 late pick-up fee will be charged if a swimmer is not picked up within that 5-minute window.
-
-
Swimmers should wait inside the pool area or directly outside the natatorium doorsβnot in the parking lot.
π¦ For Parents of Swimmers 10 & Under:
-
A parent must remain at practice or notify the coach of a designated adult responsible for the swimmer.
-
Younger swimmers occasionally need attention out of the water, and coaches must remain supervising the group in the pool.
Thank you, SST families, for helping us finish the year strong and safely.
If you have any questions about schedules or meets, just reach out.
