Coach Michael Hernandez is Head Coach for both SST and the Spring High School Swim and Dive Team. He has more than 35 years of experience coaching successful swimmers on multiple teams.

Coach Michael's main focus is technique and stroke development. He has the ability to motivate and develop swimmers of all abilities to reach their goals. Doing what is right for swimmers is his priority and shows in his dedication to the sport and helping kids.
With over a decade of competitive swimming experience, Victoria swam for TWST for six years and competed with the Oak Ridge Otters for 11 years. During high school, Victoria was a four-year varsity swimmer for Oak Ridge High School. Now, she has been coaching the Oak Ridge Otters for the past two summers. She loves helping athletes build confidence in the water, get excited about swimming, and discover the fun and competitive spirit that makes the sport so rewarding!
Coach Jackson's love of swimming began at an early age. He started swimming competitively on the WindRose Stingrays when he was 4 years old. He continued to swim competitively for many years on the Stingrays as well as his school team and SST. He started coaching at SST in 2020 and has also coached a summer league team. During that time, he has taught many swim lessons from beginners to advanced swimmers. Coach Jackson is currently attending Baylor University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys coaching and offering swim lessons when he is back in town on school breaks.
Coach Jeronimo is a dedicated and passionate swimmer with several years of experience as a member of SST. He is known for his love of swimming and commitment to helping others. His background includes traveling to senior international meets and participating in the UIL Regional Swim Meet with Spring High School.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, He effectively communicates with a diverse range of swimmers and their families.
Carly has been swimming competitively since she was 11 years old and brings experience and a true love for the sport to every lesson. Her favorite stroke is backstroke, and she loves helping swimmers grow their confidence and skills in the water. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your technique, Carly brings support and encouragement to every session.
